The Exorna Price Promise is a guarantee that if you find a lower price from another retailer on a similar specification of fitted furniture installation eg. fully fitted kitchen, utility or bedroom, we will match that price. This promise ensures that you get the best deal possible when you choose Exorna for your home.
Who is eligible for the Exorna Price Promise? All new and existing customers in Northern Ireland are eligible for the Price Promise when requesting a quotation for a new installation.
What products qualify for the Exorna Price Promise? The Price Promise applies to all our fitted furniture installations based on similar materials and build specifications, and also to specific electrical appliances, boiling water taps, laminate, or stone worktops, provided they are the exact same brand and model as those offered by a competitor.
How do I show proof of a lower price? You can show proof of a lower price with a dated, detailed quotation—either printed or emailed—from another retailer located within Northern Ireland. The quote must be dated within the last 30 calendar days to qualify.
Can I request a price match after I’ve made a purchase? Price match requests must be made at the time of quotation. Once a purchase has been confirmed and a deposit is paid, no subsequent price matching requests can be honoured.
Can the Price Promise be combined with other promotions? The Price Promise cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Exorna.
